Trying to sort out our final seating arrangements and can’t decide what to do with our vendors. We have an 8-piece band, our photographer and her assistant, and our DOC and her assistant. So 12 total. We’re doing tables of 10 (which was an earlier problem I had but ending up doing 10!).
Unfortunately my venue doesn’t have a seperate room for our vendors (which I don’t actually mind, but I think they are disappointed!), so they sit with us. But I have two extra so I’ll have to put two at a table with other people.
I’m thinking the photogs will be the best to put at someone else’s table because they will be the most likely to also work during dinner. Does that sound reasonable, or ridiculous?
Any other ideas?! I kinda hate putting them with other guests and forcing them to small talk! But I don’t have room for any extra tables (say to do something like two tables of six vendors).
