every wedding I’ve been to had a seperate, smaller table for the vendors at the corner of the dining room, can’t you fit it somewhere there?

Is there a time your DJ could take a 30 minute break for dinner?  She might think you want her manning her post the entire time.

Wow–I’ve never heard of that.  At our Christmas party, our DJ doesn’t eat at all.  Could you have the wedding coordinator address this with everyone and figure out a solution to present to you?

I would ask your reception hall what is normally done.  My DJ ate in his booth, but my photogs were seated at a table with guests.

Generally you should be counting your vendors in the guest numbers.

We have 4 vendors and they will be given seats to eat at.  The DJ can eat at their booth, but its usually not good to do with all their equipment.

My photographer specifically requested to be in a corner of the room.  She likes to be able to catch moments during dinner and if she’s in another room that can be difficult for her.

I would seat her at a table close to her booth. My DJ said he doesn’t eat at events so I didn’t have to worry about that, but my photog and her assistant will be seated at a table with guests.

I will have a table for all my vendors, I assumed it was standard protocol. Is there an area you can put a small table or anything?

I have no idea where my vendors ate…we provided meals though!  Our venue took care of all that.
