I found both the Officiant and the DJ for my sister's wedding use the Weddingbee Vendors section. Just had to show the Vendors section some love b/c it has been VERY halpful in helping me plan my sister's wedding from afar. The best part is...the officiant is familiar with the spice tasting and jumping the broom ceremonies that my sister wants to incorporate into her wedding.
