Remember these remarks some years ago when a man was brutally beaten on the streets in California . . . "Why can't we all just get along"????? I ask the same thing today. And one additional question . . . At what point should a vendor feel they have the right to openly criticize another vendor claiming they are "just being honest"?
To these vendors I respond . . . As vendors in the wedding industry we hold a very responsible position to assist and encourage our clients with confidence that their day will be just as beautiful as they are. There are many vendors in many categories to choose from and, not every vendor is suited to every bride.
When we criticize or speak negatively against another person whether it be to their face or behind their back or both, we are exhibiting a NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. This could well mean we lack confidence in our own abilities and we are unhappy. A happy person is someone you simply like being around. They are POSITIVE, in actions and speech. Lastly, we tend to trust someone who dosen't have bad words to say about another as well. As wedding vendors, we are privileged to be assosciated in such a fantastic industry . . . so let our happiness shine and be contagious to all of our clients.
