I am sorry, I just need to vent about my latest Etsy purchase! I am beyond annoyed right now!
I contacted a seller on Aug. 8<sup>th</sup> to inquire about a custom order on candy bags. There was a format she had that I loved, I just wanted the heart replaced with a peacock feather. I messaged her asking if it was possible. She wrote back the same day and said she could do it and right away made me a custom order listing. The same day, I purchased the bags. That was August 8<sup>th</sup>.
The first day (Aug. 8) she sent me a proof. I didn’t like the multi-colored feather she put on it and asked that the feather be all black. On Aug. 14<sup>th</sup> she sent me a new proof but the feather looked ugly and faded and the eye of the peacock was missing. I asked her to do it in bolder black. I even sent her examples. She said she could do it more defined and would send me to new proof by that evening. I received NOTHING.
On Aug. 19 I messaged her asking for the proof…. NO RESPONSE.
Aug. 22 I messaged her again requesting the proof. She wrote me back and said the new proof is done and she would send it to me that night and would ship it ASAP.I didn’t receive it.
Aug. 24 I emailed her asking where the proof is…. NO RESPONSE.
Aug. 28 I messaged her again, explaining that I understand that she may be busy, but a reply would be appreciated – NO RESPONSE.
September 2<sup>nd</sup>, messaged her again – NO RESPONSE
UGHH, I am so beyond frustrated with this seller. It makes me so mad that she doesn’t even have the decency to reply to my messages.
Lately, she has been getting a bunch of negative feedback and people are stating how they never received their item and she never replied to their messages. She always responds to their feedback somehow turning it around and blaming the buyer.
I am unable to open a case with Etsy, but as soon as I can one will be opened. I have never had such a horrible experience with a seller on there before. I mean, I only paid around $80, but I work hard for my money and when I buy something I expect the product. If she can’t deliver, then refund my money – Simple right! I am just so annoyed with her and her horrible customer service!!!
