Could you use the house for the rehearsal dinner or arrange to have photos taken there?
It's not too late - depending on the size of your deposit. Imagine saying your vows at each location and see which one makes you smile more.

After looking at tuxes this afternoon (.... luckily we did Mr. S switched from wanting grey to khaki! That's what I originally wanted!) We went for a little drive and drove past the most beautiful historic house... would make a perfect outdoor wedding. We've already sent out save the dates and have put down a deposit. Ahhh... I don't know... do I want beachy and laid back or a beautiful southern wedding. Mr. S is willing to do whatever which makes it harder.... too many pretty choices.
