Allo wedding lovers! After the worst planning process of my life I finally chose a venue with my Fiance. We live in a cute little neighbourhood where we met and have lots of memories in, and they have a renovated community hall that is super clean, updated, and is perfect for us on so many levels! Anyways, now that it is booked, I am wodnering if my chosen colors of ivory/blush/gold/pinks will clash with the inside … what do you think? Should I do lavender or just neutrals?
Also this is an awful photo lol, I swear it is nicer in person! I am just concerned about the red/burgundy walls …

i dont think it will clash, i might just ‘blend in’ with the background. you’re colors are very pretty but in a darken room, it might just mesh together. you can do a few things – one – you can get panel drapes in the background to cover the walls – eliminating the dark wood on the bottom and some on the top and two – get room lighting – uplights, spot lights – to highlight the centerpieces on the tables, use pinks as the uplights on the drapes. if you place a lot of emphasis on your head table and/or table centerpieces, decoations, the room will then start fading into the backgroud. i say dont WORK with the room – OVERTAKE the room instead.

You do not need to worry at all. Blush and burgundy are in the same color family. Your palette will work well in this room.
From the other pictures on the website, it seems there is far more wood than burgundy.

amyanne417: I totally agree with previous comments. You’re fine the colors you are thinking will look beautiful in the space 🙂
