Ugh. I just want to scream right now. Our venue has been problematic from the beginning. It is gorgeous, and we fell in love with the beauty of the place and totally ignored the feeling in the pits of our stomach saying, “hi, the owner of this place is a total flake.” Stupid stupid stupid!
It takes him forever to return emails and phone calls. The prices keep changing on things. And he is just generally difficult to deal with. I feel like I am going to lose my mind.
We don’t know if we should change venues and forfeit the money we paid, or just tough it out and try to work with him. I have already had one conversation with him, aside from the numerous emails from my wedding planner, explaining how much his service is lacking.
I’m just so beyond frustrated at this point. Why didn’t we just elope?!?
Sorry. Just needed to vent.
