It's in Baldwin, which is about 25 mi. south of Lawrence.
Hey I'm in the same boat in Wichita :) Soooooo......I'm putting together a business plan to build a barn on some land in the country my fiance has that isnt being used! :) I'm thinking about renting it out for weddings and parties after we build it. I just got this idea yesterday so wish me luck!!

I'm wanting to have a barn/rustic wedding and am having trouble finding ideas. I have read about mildale farm but don't want to pay that much. I'm open to pretty much anywhere around KC or even around Wichita. PLEASE HELP ME!!
