my recommendation because you have so much time.... Get a guide book. They have a list of venues and it has the accomodations and items like on site or offsite catering allowed that kind of thing.

Depending on when in the spring, check into local parks and places like that where you can set up a tent and get a liquor license for $20 or so.. there are tons out there, then you can get the caterer you want to come out there. We thought of it, but with a november wedding weather was too risky.

Hello all you blushing brides!!
I am recently engaged and looking for a venue for Spring of 2013. I have been all over these boards and have checked out online many of the places I have seen recommended online. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a venue that specifically:
- Can accomodate 150-200 people
- Allows you to bring your own liquor
* This isn't a must but my FH is hoping for a place that is near the water.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much and can't wait to hear some input!
