How far south do you want to go?
We are using Starview Vineyards in Cobden. Their fee is $1000 which includes the banquet room and bartenders all night. We are getting married on a Friday so we will be the only ones there. On Saturdays they do weddings but the winery is not closed.
There is a new place in SPringfield, IL called Erin's Pavillion! Try that out -great indoor outdoor space
We did Blue Sky Vineyards for the exact reason you are looking for! We did an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception all in one place.

I'm currently on the hunt for a venue somewhere in IL (preferably not in Chicago or St.Louis) that has space for an outdoor wedding and indoor reception for about 150 people. I'm a student paying for most of my own wedding, so I'm on a really tight budget when it comes to the venue... Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
