If you want someone to do the footwork for you, hire a coordinator, girl. Don’t ask them “Hey, all that work you did assembling venues and vendors? How about you just pass that to me, and I don’t pay you?” That’s unfair.

As far as all the stuff you’re wanting? I’d put that thing on a 50k budget at least.

@Spirijewel:  you are very specific with what you want.  i think you are going to need to do some legwork yourself.  start with online searching to help narrow down your choices.

you may want to consider hiring a wedding coordinator if you don’t have the time to do your research.  that’s their job.

Agree with PPs. That’s a lot that you’re asking for. It’s a MUCH better question for a (paid) wedding coordinator in your area. It seems like you have a good idea of what you want, which means you can either put in tons of time and effort to figure out the appropriate vendors, or pay someone to help you out 🙂

As far as budget, weddings can vary greatly. Each one of those bullets can have a HUGE swing (e.g. a sinlge photographer can be anywhere from $500-5k depending on quality!). I’m recommend setting your max budget FIRST, then trying to split it up using an online calculator (google it, there are tons out there).
