Weddingbee boards

I think I have literally looked online at every wedding venue in Memphis, TN and I none of them just scream "The one" at me. 

My fiance, one of my bridesmaids, and I went and looked a few the other day and my fiance said (without seeing it yet) for me to just pick the one I liked out of my list. This is the venue (for ceremony and reception):

Don't get me wrong, its a perfectly fine venue and out of all the ones I've looked at, it is my favorite but there are some issues with it. The main one being that we have to use their catering (its just more expensive than the other catering company we looked at.) 

They have enough space, its pretty enough that I don't have to transform it into a wedding venue (like an empty banquet hall) and the owners and workers are all really nice. (I've seen it and been in contact with the staff but my fiance hasn't). It's also ten minutes from our house which is really nice. 

I started looking at bed and breakfasts in our area because I heard somewhere that they are usually reasonable with rates and such but most of the ones that I think are perfect are over an hour away and my fiance is not willing to drive that far.

Other similar places, such as old mansions that do weddings tend to be out of our budget. We also have the issue of my fiance insisting on having a bar. I promised I wouldn't take that away from him so I keep running into places that don't allow alcohol.

I have two questions: Am I just being a brat? I feel like he's trying to give me what I wanted (this is the most expensive venue of our price range) and I'm just not satisfied.

Do any of you know of some outdoor wedding/reception venues in Memphis, Tn? I'm hoping maybe some of you will know of some I haven't seen yet. I feel like I've looked at every one!
