Tammy, I know you posted this a couple months ago, and I have run into the same problem - I know which two venues you are talking about, and you are right, they won't do. Have you looked into Wommack Mill in Fair Grove? Also there is a place called the Loft in Ash Grove that is beautiful. There are photos of a wedding there on ruffledblog. Check it out. If you ended up finding a place, would you care to share what you found?
Hope that helps!
Have you tried posting an add on craigslist? I posted one awhile ago, and someone replied about letting me use their barn for my wedding. I think they were located Ozark.
Have you tried:
http://www.weddingsatwilliamsbrooke.com (last I knew the allowed alcohol).
Also "The Loft at Keith Farms" I have heard great things about but I don't know if they allow alcohol.
I also know of several more but my mind went blank. Once I think of them I will post them. I don't know if you are still in need or if you found a place but either way it will help others down the road.

Hi, My name is Tammy. I live in Missouri and want to have a wedding outside and the reception in a barn. I have looked online for a place. The two places I found will not do. One is taking the next year off and the other doesn't allow alcohol. Does anyone know of a place that would fit my needs?
