Check out the following:

–Yountville Community Center

–Finnish American Heritage Association in Sonoma

–Sonoma County Fairgrounds

–You could also try renting a church hall at locations such as St Apollinaris in Napa

–Napa Valley Opera House

–Napa Valley Expo

I hope some of these helped you!  Good luck.

I’m SO JEALOUS of where you live and that you can have your wedding in such a beautiful place!

Have you checked with local vineyards? ‘Cause for me, that would be a no-brainer!

Definitely check into the community centers, depends on how far you are willing to drive from Napa but might want to check into Healdsberg, Geyserville, Sonoma, Napa, etc… I know out in the Carneros Area there is an outdoor Sculture Garden, not sure if it would fit in your budget or what their requirements are but you might want to gander out 121 to check it out, definitely fun.

Also might be able to find a Grange that would fit the bill and they are generally very flexible with who cooks and corkage fees, inexpensive to rent and generally they are pretty used to having big events.  In the Napa Area I think they are in pretty nice locations too 🙂

Check out the State Parks, they are definitely flexible on the catering and the corkage 🙂

You might be able to check out the Lake Berryessa area too.  You might be able to find a venue or use one of the parks up there.

I think the vinyards are all probably going to be problematic due to cost, catering and corkage…

Might want to check out VRBO.com, in the Ukiah Area there are some large estates that are often used for weddings (like 16 rooms and a private lake style)… not sure if any of that fits into your vision.

Hope that is helpful!

Try Flying Cloud Farm?  It’s in Petaluma, not Napa, but it’s still pretty close.  The venue is very pretty and the owner seemed pretty open to just about any vendors you wanted to bring in.
