Hi bees!! I’ve been seriously stalking all of the wedding recap posts. One thing that’s struck me is the awesome venues!!! It might be fun to share! I’ll start! I’m getting married at the little white country chapel I grew up attending Mass in, not to mention my grandparents were married there over 50 years ago. My grandparents helped raise me, so it’s very special to me. Going with the vintage theme, our reception is going to be held at one of the oldest known homes in the city I live in now. The owner did a lovely job with renovations. Without further ado, pics!

We had an outdoor ceremony on at Claxton Farm in North Carolina. Loved it!

Our whole day is taking place at the same venue, a gorgeous banquet hall just north of the city. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place in their outdoor space:
And our reception will be in one of their rooms:

@ImmaBee: That’s *so* cool!!!
We got married in the mountains in PA.
This was our reception room. I don’t have any great pictures of it, but this gives the general idea 🙂 3/4 of the walls were floor to ceiling windows with mountains surrounding.
I’ve lived in FL my whole life so I absolutely loved having a nonbeach wedding up in the Mountains! The resort coordinator was fabulous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

- Wedding: June 2014 - Cedar Lake Cellars
I love my venue! It’s the one decision I’ve never questioned through this whole process.

These are all gorgeous!!! I love all of the outdoor venues. If I wasn’t Catholic and living in a place where weather isn’t very conducive to an outdoor ceremony, im sure that’s what I would do!
