When I was planning my wedding in GR, a lot of places had a "preferred" vendor list which included catering businesses. Are you looking to bring in your own food?
There is one that I know of for sure, but I believe it has a 200 seat capacity. It is a new banquet facility in Grand Rapids called La Hacienda.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
Does anyone know of reception venues in Grand Rapids or Lansing that don't have a required in-house catering service? I've got a tentative guest list of about 300 people, so that's limiting my options as well...
Thanks!
