@deebstation: Embarcadero. Super easy to get to and very accessible. You might also be able to shoot at Angel Island w/ a permit -that would be killer! 🙂

@deebstation: well if money isn’t an obstacle, she could always have the reception at Slanted Door! LOL!! Susie Thompkins once had her wedding I believe on one of the piers. I guess that’s what you get when the first lady of the USA (hillary) is your best friend. Martha Stewart I believe organized the shabang. That was a VERY long time ago but the view of San Francisco must have been to die for.

@Allyser: bummer. I hated the commute. Are the majority of guests in Tiburon/Mill Valley/Sausalito?

What about Casa de la Vista on Treasure Island?  There are great views of the skyline.  Pavilion By the Bay on Treasure Island has a bit of a view too.  The Great Lawn Event Venue on Treasure Island too.

Try the Randall Museum in SF. It’s atop Corona Heights and has incredible views of the city! I had my wedding here last year, and everyone (including me and my husband) LOVED the setting. You can see photos here: http://quinnwhartonphotography.smugmug.com/Other/Becca-and-Tod/14488029_hkmuv

Oh! Check Alameda! You can rent out the old hangar at Rock Wall winery, or if its smaller they can do something at St. George’s. Both are located on the old airforce base.
