Totally be true!  Be grateful you haven’t committed to them or given them any money yet!  Good to know NOW rather than later!

That’s awful. I would likely give them an earful about the run around you’ve been getting and how it sounds like they’re not interested in your order. Too bad so sad you’re moving on.

DEF dont get a cake from there! If i did I’d be worried the whole time if they’d make it on time, would they bring it to my venue on time, etc. seriously HOW are they still in business lol

Yeah be thankful you found out about their lack of communication skills before you booked them.  What if they slack off on your wedding day?

Wow, they must not need any new business!! Hope you find something else, and remember, sometimes local grocery stores bakeries have hidden talent and great prices!

That’s really strange.  How can someone have the time to respond to your emails  but not answer questions over the phone.  If you’ve decided you don’t want to work with them, I’d call back and tell them your experience.  It probably won’t help but at least they’d be aware (not sure how they can’t already be aware) that they are losing customers due to their unprofessionalism.  But don’t do that unless you’re positive you won’t need them for anything.

That’s crazy they must be very busy with how they run their business. I don’t think I would want to order a cake from people that unreliable. That’s not ok for a business to act like that!
