IMHO, there is nothing bridezilla about wanting your dress to be perfect or close to it atleast. I am so sorry this happened. I hope they fix it for you without any issues! Best of luck! 🙂

Oh man, that sucks.  Did you try it on at the store after it came in?  Maybe point out the flaws to a consultant or manager?  Or are you going to go back and confront them about it?  Whatever you end up doing, good luck! No bride deserves to be stressed out like that.

dont touch the dress- take a lot of pictures illustrating your issues and show them!!

Get them to repair it ASAP!

Absolutely! You are totally justified in expecting everything as they promised- you are not Bridezilla.

I would also advise…even if this is not in your natural nature- make a big stink about it if they are resistant to admitting this is their fault. If they are not willing at first to help, or want to charge you extra- go ahead and become Bridezilla. Because whats fair is fair!!

You’re totally not being bridezilla, you’re entitled to have the well put together dress you paid for! It wouldn’t be acceptable to buy something for $50 that had strings hanging off and not fully finished- it is incredibly unacceptable for that to be the case for an item like a wedding dress! I hope you’re able to get it fixed!! Good luck!
