This is awkward – I would probably tell my mom “Hey, you realize that the room you want is right next to our honeymoon suite right? I’d hate for you to overhear anything, um, personal, so for everyone’s sake, it would probably be best for B to keep the room throughout the trip.”

I mean really – would anyone’s mom want to hear their daughter knocking boots with her new husband?

Not at all.. You’re paying for it, it is your day! You need to stop bending over backwards for everyone. I understand that your dad is disabled and with that he will need a little extra planning. But your mom throwing a fit like that is crazy.. Tell her that “you are very disappointed that she is not happy about her room after all the work you have done to accommodate her and make her feel comfortable, but since all rooms are full for the sake of her comfort she might want to choose her own accommodations!!”

I think you’re right and that you shouldn’t budge not one little bit. Make sure that B knows exactly how you feel and she won’t be allowed a room change at all.

If anyone leaves because their not happy of the room situation it should def be E and J. I’m sorry but if you’re paying for it all then they need to deal with what is given to them.
