mrsmccabe09:  I LOVE turquoise. I’m not sure I’d wear it as an ering though. Turquoise is pretty soft. That is an awesome ring though! If you are going to wear it as an ering, just be sure to baby it!

It’s very pretty, but I’m not sure I’d trust it to stand the test of time.

Charming, though I would be concerned about using it for everyday wear. That said, many don’t wear their engagement rings everyday after they get married, just the plain band

mrsmccabe09:  If it is what you want, it was definitely not what I was expecting when I opened the thread. My concern would be what you would wear as a band with it.

Taiki:  I am not sure that you can say MOST. Most women I know (and that is a good many) wear both.

Cool ring. I wouldn’t wear it daily though.

MrsUPS:  I think you will find that I said “many”, which is not the same as “most”

OP, chat with a jeweller, you can probably fit a small wedding band under that setting (same width as your current ring’s band), however, as I said before, the ring is charming, but may not hold up to intense wear.

I love it! Turqoise plus a fun flower design? Double score!

mrsmccabe09:  Have you thought about replacing the CZ with white sapphires? They will last forever, and they are pretty economical, especially if you get man made ones. You could keep the setting DH bought you and just replace the CZ.

mrsmccabe09:  What about having the original ering dipped in a different metal?
