I am kinda freaking out because my aisle in the church that I will be walking down is very short!! It will only take me about 30 secs to walk down….not even enogh to begin a song….do I just let the music continue even though I am already up there? Did anybody else have this problem???
Kinda also don’t know what song to use…

Maybe you could continue the song that you are using for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, but pause it before you come out then restart it again at your favorite part of the song.

let it play before you come out. The anticipation of you is better, then the staring at you waiting for the song to end.

I had a 40ft aisle and a 2 minute song! We timed it to where the song started and it wasn’t until the start of the 2nd verse that the doors opened and I started walking.
You just have to play around with when you actually start coming in 😉

We had a pretty short aisle too. We had everybody else (my husband and bridal party) walk down to one song, and then I still had my own song. We had a friend playing the keyboard so he was able to end it when appropriate.

Thanks for the ideas!! I would love to find a great song that has a beautiful intro while I wait for the doors to open. Then when I come out, it slows down….now just to fond the perfect song!!

I also had a short aisle. I had our DJ start our song and waited about 20 seconds before my dad and I started walking. Then, once I got up to my husband, I hugged and kissed my dad, my dad hugged my husband and then we had about 20 seconds of just the music playing while we held hands. The DJ stopped the song at a natural point between verses. It worked well!
