Did/Will any of you lovely ladies wear VS shapewear under your gown? Or even under other clothes?

I want to order the Cupped Shaping Slip, because I want smoothing in the stomach and thighs as well as the strapless support, but I was hoping to hear some thoughts or reviews on it first. Also if you've worn something similar from another brand I would love recommendations!

My seamstress wasn't thrilled when I mentioned it because she feels the VS shapewear garments are too thick.

I haven't - but I'm considering it - I'd love to hear feedback too! Do they give you the "boost" we need while slimming everything?

I tried on several of their shapewear options. (There weren't many in store - they are in the process of "phasing out" their current line and their new line won'r be in until Late April.)

After 3.5 hours treking my dress around the mall to find the perfect underpinnings, I found everything I needed for the wedding and the formal nights on out honeymoon at Dillard's. To top it off, the lady there was super helpful, measured me and I found out that I've been wearing VERY mis sized bras from VS for years.

Try Dillard's. They had literally an entire wall of shapewear.
