This is not a personal recommendation as I've never used them, but I know your budget can be a bit hard to meet. The reviews for this person look great and it seems almost a "too good to be true" situation, but here it is: http://www.weddingbee.com/wedding-vendor/all-occasion-video-service-ria
Like I said, I have no personal experience, so it's n ot a reference or a recommendation. Just some info based on your budget and her reviews.
this is who we went with wedding is 10/10/10 so we will see how he works out think it was $795 was a great price hope the service is as great!
I know if you just ask for the raw, unedited footage, it's MUCH cheaper. R went to school for video editing, so we asked one videographer about how much it would be to get the unedited stuff, and he took 50% off. I'm sure you could get a student to do the actual editing for you for cheap!

so originally i was willing to forego having a videographer at the wedding, but now i want one. we're 7 weeks from the wedding, so I know this is kind of late. Anyone have any recommendations for a videographer? budget would be in the $500 range.
