- Wedding: June 2013
So I wasn’t going to have a viedographer initially because they are expensive and I hadn’t yet seen all the awesome wedding highlight videos that make me cry 🙂 BUT now I’ve decided I’d really like one. A friend of a friend and her husband just started a wedding video business and I’m wondering if this woudl be a good deal. So far they have only done 2 weddings but the videos seem good (especially considering the first one wasn’t shot with their new professional equipment).
THey told me they are thinking $1,000. This would include two videographers. They come to the rehearsal to coordinate with other vendors, as well as being there all day the day of the wedding. (so probably like 10am to 10pm or so). We would also get a highlight wedding video about five mins as well as we could opt to get a video with the whole ceremony and the toasts/speeches.
THey aren’t very experienced but I think this might be a good in between option between professional videographer and just having a family member tape it.
Here’s there website:
What do you think bees? Is this a good deal?
