So I am pretty sure I have posted about this before but we sent our deposit to our videographer who has not been so good at communicating with us at all! We sent the contract in Sept and when I still didn’t hear either way by the time October rolled around and I emailed her I want to say 4 times I decided to email her again in November and still nothing, my dad called her and she never returned the phone call but instead emailed 2 weeks later saying she would send the signed contract back that week, still nothing and its the middle of Dec. Could we possibly email her again asking for our deposit back since she is not fulfilling the contract and is not communicating with us. Also if you think this is do able what should I include in the email.
