where are you located?
yes, videography is a must - you want to be able to see/hear yourself years from now!
I don't think professional videography is necessary. I am having a guest video tape it. I also don't think a professional florist is absolutely necessary... but that is just me.
@mrsbride2b: what's your floral budget? or, more appropriately, what are you looking for in terms of flowers?
I’ve been working with Nicole at Boulevard Florist. Out of all of the florists I’ve emailed and called they have the best prices and seemed very willing to give alternate ideas to save money.

My friend used Commerce Flowers in the city of commerce, they seem to work with people's budget. i would suggest you look around the LA area as opposed to Irvine, Long Beach. LA seems to be cheaper.

my florist is AMAZING! She's doing all of our flowers for $1200, she buys products at flower mart...doesn't mark them up....just charges labor! dm for her contact info!
Ashley Video Productions does videography in LA and they are great.....we used them for our wedding. For a pro videographer, I think their prices are very fair. http://www.wedding-video-videography.com/.
