I'm personally not having videography. I really got sucked in to the whole bride brain "we need everything and it all has to be perfect" mentality at first. I really liked some videos I had seen and got myself into thinking we needed one until my FI sat me down and asked how often I'd watch it. I told him maybe once a year on anniversaries and he asked if that justified the pricetag. For me it didn't. If you think you'll watch the video it may well be worth it for you.
I flagged this to be moved off of the dress board so hopefully you'll get some more replies. :)
@Nrp0704: If it's important to you, then go for it! I've seen a few videographers that do destination weddings.

I am torn about videography for our wedding in Oahu. A company local to me is willing to travel and gave us a great price for the amount of coverage and all of the copies and products they would make. I would love to have those memories to keep forever and also to show to all of our guests at our at home reception. They do great work! The trouble is I feel so broke! I splurged on the photography, is that good enough? How do you feel about videography? Are you having it? Do I suck it up and find the money, somewhere or is it something that can be done without? I will add a poll, because they are fun! ;)
