Yes!  But everyone who will be prominent at the wedding has been given a lot of guidance on what is appropriate, so hopefully it will be fine.

Suerte!

@hannathehamster:  Not really but the one person I am worried about is someone that will be an important role such as being in all the photos from my husbands side of the familia.  She probably will not want to wear the color tones that I suggest.

Apparently if I’m not mistaken from your issue it has to do with a female from the title I take Laughing and then it depends when the wedding will be I see that you are from Arizona Viva Arizona my siblings live 1 hour away from Arizona so keep in mind that layers might be coming off if you have a summer wedding just be prepared to bring out the cobijas

Defenitly! I am terrified! lol I was just talking to my BF about that today, about how at times I just want to get married with the immediate family present and going to dinner afterwards.

Why? Because I don’t want to deal with his family complaining about everything.  Because according to him, my family is “white-washed” and everything I like is not “Mexican enough.” When I mention something, he says, “Babe, people are going to criticize you.” By “people” he means HIS family because I know my family would think it’s very nice. So I show him bridesmaid dresses and he says his family won’t like them. Excuse me?? This may sound cruel, but I am only having his sister (whom I like, but it’s gonna be very hard to get her to wear what I like), and his sister-in-law (whom I DON’T like {his brother’s wife) as bridesmaids because I am trying to please him, NOT because I am dyign to have them in the party……

Thank you for letting me vent a little there lol

Yes, I am worried about what people are going to wear…but I have two more years to worry about that lol! Can you believe it? Two more years, and I’m already having problems…Lord have mercy!
