oooh! I LOVE that venue. I would have, but my fiance wanted Santa Barbara. My mother went to high school there at alverno. Her best friend was married there after high school. I saw the pictures. My friends have been to weddings there and it's awesome. That is the site of Gun's n Roses "November Rain" video where they had the reception and Stephanie Seymour wore the black hot dress.

When I first started wedding planning I thought that the site fee of $5000 was high. But it's not because if you have your ceremony and reception there, that's close to what you would pay if you booked two different places. Also, their catering is really reasonable. I think you can bring in your own alcohol which is really great. You will save so much money. I think that the fee is worth it.

After all, it's a copy of Michaelangelo's only architecture piece! W-O-W. I want to live vicariously through you. Let me know what you decide.
