Oh one vote for the 2nd! Do you think, if I were to get the 2nd for my mother and the 1st for his or vice versa, that the 1 letter initial should be the letter of thier 1st name like D for Dawn or M for Mom?
Boo I was kinda hoping to get more opinions here. 
There are other hankerchiefs that I am considering too. But I first want to know if it's a good gift or not.
I've more options too if you prefer...I can't seem to upload them though.
I finally got the 2nd one with a big L embroidered in the center...

So my FMIL is a very hard person to get gifts for. I wanted to get her a little something and thought that a pretty dainty hankerchief could be just the thing, seeing as she's a woman who appreciates details. What do you think? Which do you prefer? The 1st is vinate 50-75 yrs. old and BEAUTIFUL the second is also vintage but I don't know how old it is and can be initialed.
