I know you always have lots of great online resources, so you’re the first folks I turned to for help! I’m looking for a fun vintage dress to wear to a wedding, and I’d like some suggestions on where I should look online!
There are so many options out there that it’s good to get a recommendation for a site that has a good reputation for service and quality. Combing through eBay takes tooo long, I’d prefer an actual store that specializes in vintage gear.
So… where should I look for some fun vintage clothing on the net???

I love vintage dresses!! Vintageous has lots of fun dresses, but you have to be really on top of it – they go fast. The Frock has beautiful stuff for $$$$$. Etsy has some stuff, but not a whole lot. Honestly, I ended up liking ebay the best because I had time to look and ask questions. If you search vintage wedding dress and sort by newest, you can avoid sorting through a lot of junk. But I strongly recommend trying on a few dresses at a vintage shop before making a purchase. You might be surprised what styles actually do and don’t look good on you!
After a long search, I finally found a dress online in a beautiful fabric that I thought could be altered to be more modern and more what I wanted. I was afraid it would be a ton of work to make it fit right – but when it arrived it was perfect! I’m just having the long sleeves removed, train removed and hemmed. Easy, and I love it!
