Not sure about stores specific to NYC, but Ross Simons sells estate jewelry. I also noticed that two of the mall jewelry stores had estate pieces in their cases as well. I can't remember what the names of the stores were, we were just tooling around.

I love my vintage ring that my financee bought from Dale Fournier Private Collection. She has nice wedding bands too.
I second Dale Fournier! She was wonderful and she has REAL vintage rings, not "vintage style" rings
