A few suggestions:

Take the water taxi around the harbor and jump in and out.  Make sure you check out Fort McHenry, catch a few drinks in Fells Point, Stop by the aquarium.

If you want to venture out of the common touristy areas of Baltimore, I would walk around Mt. Vernon (walking distance from the harbor, although a bit of a walk).  Check out some of the bars (Brewer’s Art is a must!) and some of the little stores.

Go to Hampden and stroll down the block.  A traditional Hampden food joint is Cafe Hon, which has pretty good home cooking.  If you want to spread your wings, stop in Holy Frijoles, Golden West Cafe or Rocket to Venus.  Hampden is my favorite neighorhood and is stocked aplenty with cute boutiques and kitschy Baltimore memorabilia.

For a guy related activity, I definitely recommend touring Camden Yards.  It’s worth it, trust me.

Favorite restaurants of mine include –

Pazo for a nice dinner out

Woodbury Kitchen, also good for a date night

Golden West Cafe, delicious breakfast

Little Havana, great mojitos and the bar has a great vibe (run to the modern art museum after you eat or drink)

Have a great time!
