@midwestgirl80:  at the top, “Insert” > “Image”

or try to click the “Edit” in the top left corner of the product and “Replace”

Hope that helps!! 🙂

@midwestgirl80:  Maybe your image is very small? You can always resize in the “Edit” > “Move/Resize” and see if the resolution is still good when you make it bigger

@midwestgirl80:  Is there a tab for Insert Image?  You should be able to insert any kind of image file and then cover the area you want with it.  Otherwise, you have to start over and upload a custom design to start with.

@midwestgirl80:  Are you able to move and resize the image to fill the whole screen?

@midwestgirl80:  Alternatively, you can choose “Edit” > “Crop & Rotate” > “Scale to Fit”

@midwestgirl80:  Then your original image is not the correct size. I did this with ours, and the images must be 300dpi.

@midwestgirl80:  Your original image needs to be a larger dpi in order to get the size and reoslution you need.  Where did you get the image from?  If it’s a photo, do you have the original picture file from the camera?  If it’s an online image, I suggest looking around for a larger copy or another image you also like (when you google images go to Search Tools then Size and choose Large to show only large images.
