I would not recommend VistaPrint for anything. I have used them for business brochures and cards in the past, product always comes out looking cheap, cheap, cheap.
You could prob request a sample. I got labels from vistaprint that were fine and I know a lot of people use the magnets from there for their STDs...We had invitations made for something and they were on postcard material that was a little on the thin side...I think since its for the programs as long as the text and your graphics are appealing, going with vistaprint would be fine!! People throw the programs out after the wedding anyways, don't want to spend too much!!!
I would be interested in seeing one too. I ordered my Save the Dates from them and I was happy with them.
I got their free wedding sample thing (had invites, rsvps, programs, menus, stds) and the quallity looked good to me. I actually really liked them and we're considering either them or 123print.com. If I were you, I'd order the free kit. Mine got here in less than a week. :) I'd post pics but I'm on FI's computer...and don't have pics.
Oh -- and the cost is really good from what I can tell, since it's a large producer. I'll also say that it's possible they only send out their best "stuff" in their samples, but FI and I have both gotten business cards and postcards done through them and had no issue.
I had our rehearsal invitations and thank you notes printed from Vista Print and I was happy with how they looked.
I had my save the dates printed from there and they looked great! I went with the 100lb paper, which was the best option I thought. No way did they look cheap.
I had everything printed so far by Vistaprint and it all looks good (STD magnets, Invitations, reply cards, map etc). No one really cares what the stationary looks like. Really.
@Mrs. Meowerson: I had a set of thank you cards done from them. The paper was flimsy and the print quality was not up to par. I could have done better printing them myself on my inkjet set to "best" quality. I was really disappointed after reading such great things about them! I wouldn't order from them again.
@bakerella: I've heard about their print quality too. However, folks say their 'free coupons' cannot be beat. I wonder if 123 Prints have the same thing going on.

Has anyone used/is using Vistaprint for their programs? How did they turn out? Do you have any photos and would you mind sharing the cost? Thanks so much!
