VistaPrint is fabulous! Been using them for years for biz.
The trick to getting in on the "free" sales is to register your email address with them.
Yeah, it's annoying to get 2 emails a week. But I have gotten so many bargains I don't mind.
Recent purchases:
*250 premium business cards "free" with s&H for $5
*1 plastic weather-proof lawn sign "free" with S&H for $7.50 12"x18" I think. I plan to hang it inside a window.
*100 small gorgeous pic postcards with my biz info "free" with S&H for $7.50

a few weeks ago someone posted a similar promo. If you just sign up for Vistaprint's coupons (I suggest doing this on a secondary email account because they send daily promos) then pretty much these ddeals are always on. Their "Last Chance Free Postcards" has been offered for two months now.
I know that the postcards are always on sale. The good part of this one, and I haven't received this deal before, is that they're waiving the $4.99 design upload fee. That's why I thought this one was worth sharing. While I would have gotten free postcards either way, this saved me $10 on fees.

These deal is going on until September 30th. By using this I ordered 100 postcards for FREE!! And it waived the $4.99 fee for each design you upload. So I saved $10 on upload fees and $24.99 on postcards.
Just so you know they will charge you $8.99 for color printing on the back of the postcard if you choose. I choose slow shipping (21 days) for about $6.50. It usually comes in about a week and a half if you choose this option.
So I have 100 postcards for $15.55
Then I used another email I got from them to buy another FREE 100 postcards. It kind of sucked to do it this way because I paid for shipping twice, but all in all I only spent $30 for 200 postcards.
The quality is great, I really recommend it. I have printed things through them before.
