I take B6 every morning with my other vitamins because I read it was good to increase progesterone naturally and mine was low at first.  I am less nauseaus in the morning, but lately it’s been getting worse at night.  I am 8w2d.  Sorry that really was not helpful.

YES, it worked amazingly well for me! I took it every night and the few nights I forgot to take it I felt so much worse the next day.

I had been taking a vitamin B6 supplement every morning for about a year before  getting pregnant (and continue to do so,) and I had very little nausea. Of course can’t prove that’s why, but that’s my anecdote. 🙂

I took it the whole first trimester and never got MS.  B6 is also a major part of Diclectin (the prescription medication the doctor can give) so I really believe it helps.

I guess I’m unlucky. B6 has done nothing for me… I still puked a lot with it. However, taking unisom and b6 together seemed to help. Nothing has been able to eliminate my nausea completely though 🙁 not even zofran (but it sure helps a ton).

Everyday I took it I would throw up not long after. That was the only vitamin that made me do that. It didn’t matter what time of day I took it 🙁  However, I’ve always found the B vitamins hard on my stomach.

I took this before I was pregnant and had no morning sickness the whole 1st trimester.

Was having BAD morning sickness.  I started on a Benadryl (at night) and b6 regime, and it worked wonders for me!

B6 and unisom sleep tabs helped take the edge off. Definetly notice if I forgot them one night.

B6 saved me when taken in the morning the first trimester!
