Have you been tested for deficiencies?  Taking supplements usually isn’t beneficial if you’re getting enough from your diet.

I definitely don’t eat enough nutritious food (fruits and veggies) and used to always catch colds…over the past 4 years I have been taking One a days – a multivitamin for women. I also don’t do well swallowing large pills so I take the gummies – they’re delicious.

Anyway, I don’t catch colds anymore, or very rarely (I caught one in 2012 but it didn’t last long).  I can’t say for sure that it’s a function of my daily vitamins, but I’d like to think they help 🙂

Eating a whole food diet and taking a high quality probiotic regularly.

I take Zinc and a probiotic to help boost my immune system. I have immune issues though (I have lupus). You can also try taking echinacea (spelling?) daily – not suggested for people with lupus though as it makes everything worse. Run it past your dr first though

I take these once a day along with a methyl B-12 supplement from GNC and a gummy vitamin D supplement.  I take the B-12 and vitamin D on orders from my doctor because blood tests showed I’m deficient in those.

Wellness Formula. It’s full of vitamins and minerals that keep you from getting sick. It’s awesome. Get it at a whole foods type place.
