I thought all the airports were canceled since the airspace is shut down because of the ash..

nope they r closing them how the cloud is moving. yesterday most airports were fine, this morning 90% r closed. all lines r busy, wedding in 4 days a little nervous
Oh dear. I am sure he's safe; there haven't been any fatalities related to the volcano in any way. But hopefully everything will clear up and you'll get him home in time for the wedding! It's madness over there I hear, from friends in Sweden. What part of Europe are you in and where was he flying into?
The volcano erupted again and the ash cloud is going as far as Italy now. The NL airspace is completely shut down and they're going to shut down Italy today.
Hopefully your FI and family are able to get over here before Thursday. ;-\

So girls im going crazy now. Im already in Europe and getting everything ready for our Thuesday wedding. My fiancee flu yesterday and i didnt hear from him since, i know he is ok, somewhere. no one wana give me any information, nothing. His family is supposed to travel today, im soooo worried about all this. im just wenting bc i have 4 days till wedding, no fiancee to be found and canceled flight all over the world....
