The sweetheart neckline and slightly higher waist of the mermaid flatter you much more than the 2nd.
That first dress is amazing on you! The second one doesn't look bad, but in comparison, the first is way better!
the material on the first one makes it much more elegant! you can totally add a bling sash or a ginormous sparkly necklace. fun to accessorize!
