Silly question I know, but so close to the wedding now that I’m overflowing with silly questions and group input could really help!
I’m wondering if we should have votive candles on the tables or not. We will have colorful low floral centerpieces on each table and a dark tablecloth. The reception will be mostly in the daytime and only the last hour or so will be dark outside. Is this something that most people do, or is it totally optional/matter of taste?
If we do have them, I would probably put 3 on each table…

I think it is totally optional. But, I think they would look nice with the lower flowers and dark tablecloth. Maybe they can be lit after cake cutting when it might be getting darker, or just have them lit the whole time. BUTTT, if you have to actually buy them, I wouldn’t stress about getting them now. It’s not a big deal at all.

I think they add a little something to the table. I would do them even during the day. Check out dollar tree if you need some I was just there today and they have the votives that are already filled in the glass 2/$1! I couldn’t find a price like that anywhere online.
