My husband and I are renewing our vows in 7 weeks, and I  have 200 dollars to decorate.

Th first pic you see is of the reception area if it rains, if not then we are doing it our side

So how can I decorate this room and if I decorate outside can I set up tables with out canopys the reception is at 6pm and it doesnt get dark till 9pm.  So I worry about heat and sun.  Any ideas would help. Also on decorating .

The secong pic is the outside of the church I think we are going to do bows and thats it unless someone has ideas.

The third pic is of the front of the sanctuary and ideas how to decorate dont want real fancy simple but elegant is great!

The fourth pic is of the stage looking back i included this one so that you could see that we have 2 isles dont know how to address that but we can not move the chairs. so ideas to decorate simple elegant without moving chairs??

hmmm... 200 dollars ... My first thought it... what all does that 200 dollars include.. you say to decorate  but is that just strictly decorating the church Like.. floral arrangments, pew altar etc....  that sort of thing?

My first thought it... Ask around see if the church has anything you can use...

My second thought is ask around see if friends or family have anything you can use

    BORROW BORROW BORROW !!!

My other thoughts thinking cheaply include...

    Tulle

Mason Jars ( preferably gifted or borrowed ones) as vases candle holders or such

    Wildflowers... or Non flower alternatives

Paper Lanterns... can make a huge impact  pretty cheaply

Canopys and tents are expensive... but not using them would just really be how much you can rely on your weather forecast ... bc good thing is you do have a back up plan... is there another option or providing guest with shade ? Or perhaps making the indoor area open as well  avaliable to them in case they need to cool off

I had my wedding in 99 degree weather I had no shade avaliable for our ceremony but.... we did have a covered  Barn converted into a picnic shelter with fans for the reception but it was still hot even all the way up until dark and then some. ... Be sure to provide your guests with lots of options to beat the heat... We provided them bottled water before the ceremony and had lots and lots of refreshments... as well had paddle fans for fanning... and had a local company cater in snow cones for everyone
