- Wedding: October 2014 - Grandma's Oak Tree
I’m getting married in October. My grandparents are renewing their vows at the end of my ceremony and I’m totally cool with it!!! This October will be their 55th wedding anniversary and I think it’ll be really cool to be apart of that 🙂 But it’s a secret. Family and friends don’t know, just the groom and myself, the pastor and photographer!
Just wanted to share something happy!

anhelms: that’s amazing! your wedding day will now not only be full of memories of when you and your new husband became your own family unit but it will also hold the memories of celebrating a marriage that stood the test of time. That’ so romantic!

What a beautiful, BEAUTIFUL post. Please PLEASE share pictures of everything when it’s over!
I don’t think “sharing” is a “little” different- I think it shows the world that you and your lucky groom are loving, respectful, generous people!
Blessing upon blessing to BOTH couples on your extra Special Day!

anhelms: That sounds *so* sweet!! My grandparent’s just celebrated their 60th and are still madly in love with each other. I love seeing loving elderly couples, especially in a time when divorce is so rampant. I think it’s so special you get to share your day with them!!
