Has anyone bought anything off of Vowstory web site, are they reliable and trustworthy, I am from the Uk, thanks

I've ordered my dress and recieved it in time, already in two weeks.
Despite their promise the dress will be recieved within a few weeks, I was quite disappointed and stressed when opening the package. I had ordered a size 2 and got a size 8 in stead. I was swimming in my own dress and I had only 3 weeks time to go. I've tried to contact Vowstory a million times, even with different accounts, even send some pictures of the dress to show that it wasn't my mistake! Besides that, the veil was ivory whereas the dress was white. I've never heard of vowstory again, not even when I threat to take legal actions. At that moment I was so stressed for the big day and I felt so much hate I couldn't thin of contacting them anymore. Too bad, but I had lost my money and eventuelly ended up renting a dress.

My advise would be to look for an alternative. I once opened a topic about vowstory as well, and because there were some positive reactions I thought I'm just taking that risk. Afterwards, I really regret my choice. The money I'd spend for the dress at Vowstory (300 including sending costs) together with the amount I had to pay for the rent (350 for a day!) I would probably went shopping in some bridal stores myself. I see you still have until july the 7th to get a dress. Maybe look in outlet stores where the previous collections of 2011 are available for less? Or some low-budget bridal stores?

I bought a wedding dress last year from them. I think I was very lucky to get such a beautiful dress online from abroad. The dress really fits perfectly although there are a few minor flaws. The quality is good as I wished and price is low. I waited about 4 weeks to receive the dress. But I think the dress worth it. I was so worried thant I doubt my dress could come on time. Finally, I think Vowstory is reliable.

I received my dress within a few weeks, it was wonderful and fit beautifully, but I never got the matching bolero and veil and have not seen my money back. DO NOT BUY HERE!
