    Hi there!

Anyone have any personal experiences to share about the Wainwright House and working with Cornerstone caterers?  We visited recently and really like the site and curious to hear more about it from fellow WB users!

Ive never actually dealt with cornerstone caterers directly, but I have been to many an event at wainwright house (im from rye).  If it helps the food and service are always very good.

I actually ended up booking with them.  I just thought the venue was beautiful and the few reviews I was able to find on Corner Stone were pretty good.

@MacchaMe do you mind telling me more about the cost of wainwright?  i absolutely love it but have read mixed reviews about the cost.  Some people say the tables and chairs, even the silverware, is not included in the site fee or catering?  I also read the catering cost pp ranges from $100 to $200 which seems like a crazy range! haha Another thing I read was that the site fee was $5000 then I read somewhere else that it is $8000?  Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks.

We looked at the Wainright house, and it was extremely pricey.  I believe the catering costs were around $160/person (I don't remember what that included), but the site fees were crazy.  If you wanted to just use the building, it was like $4000 (the inside is many little rooms), but if you wanted to use the tent it was another $7000, making the total site fee like $11000. I just thought that was a little too much.

We ended up going with the Coveleigh Club which is just across the street from Wainwright house.  I think it is even more beautful and much more affordable.

Wainwright is a beautiful venue, especially if you get the tent!
