I am determined to lose some inches and weight before my wedding to fit into my trumpet style strapless dress. About two weeks ago I bought a waist cincher the SQUEEM Waist cincher to be exact. Well I started with my waist measuring about 29″. I am hoping to be a 24″ by May 24th in time for my first fitting.
IT REALLY WORKS. I measured my waist today and I have lost a total of Two inches already I am at 27″ today. Grant it I am dieting now but nothing crazy and for the past five days I have started to work out on my Pilates total gym that I just received five days ago. Religiously I work out between 30 to 45 minutes a night on the machine. Which I Love Love. But I have to tell you that I noticed that after about the first week I was able to use the smaller hinges on my cincher and it truly brings in my waist. I read several positive reviews in which it indicates you can lose between 1-4 inches in 30 days. I am so excited I could burst.
If youare trying to lose the extra baggage and dreaming of that hourglass figure then I totally recommmend it. At first its very uncomofortable and you can only bear to be in it for about 1-3 hrs. But now I am so used to it I wear it everyday for about 12 hours.

i heard about these and was considering it. if nothing else, when you’re that constricted around your midsection, you don’t have much room to eat! would love to hear other’s experiences…

this sounds a bit like an ad to me

@bells: Agreed. Also, going from 29″ to 24″ in such a short period of time can really eff up your organs.

It is physically impossible that the cincher itself is helping you lose fat.

I believe I clearly wrote that I have been religiously dieting and excercising 7 days a week which in conjunction do have results. I am merely a fan and wanted to share my experience with other brides who are trying to get in shape for the big day. This product is working for me and I am getting the results I want. I mostly wanted to see positve feedback and maybe other alternatives other brides have proven to work in preparation for the big day.

I realize it does sound like an add but I am merely a fan and wanted to share my results and experience with anyone else who was considering using one.
I do use the cincher combined with excercise and diet and I know this too contributes to the results. But I needed motivation and that is what I got from it just sharing.
