Robbins is a famous jeweler in Philly. I used to drive by that billboard every day on my way to work.
@Swiss Miss to Bee: I used to see it on 95N, just north of Center City.
LOL That says it all. I know I was ready to flip my FH the ring finger when I was waiting. And I was ready to flip the people who kept asking when we were going to get married the middle finger. lol
Haha! Boyfriend's getting a kick out of it too. I wish he'd take a hint though (He's sitting behind me).

I recommend they pass a law that states that this billboard must be on every highway! While we are at it, why don't they print out flyers and put it in every single news paper. Maybe then our guys will get the idea.
