- Wedding: April 2014
I need everyone’s advice.
I found someone online to make my bouquet for my wedding. He said that he’s booked until January, and would start working on it around then. That’s fine, because we’re not getting married until April. He said it will take about 8 weeks to make. So that’s fine. I paid a 50% deposit.
Looking through some online pics I found some flower clips I wanted to put in my hair. I asked him to see if he could make them. He said yes, and that it was $20 for two, and I would get them in 2-3 weeks.
I ordered them on 8/20. I messaged him on 9/10 asking him how things were coming and he said since it was a new design for him it was taking a little longer, but should have them done in a few days.
I don’t want to push because it is a new design for him, but I still haven’t received them. I don’t mind if something takes longer to make, but I’d like to be kept in the loop on things.
He’s got great reviews and is very responsive when I message him. I’m just nervous, because I have him making my bouquet.
So what I need your opinion is on is:
1. Do I continue to message him until I receive the flowers
2. Stop being so paranoid and just go with the flow
3. Cancel everything and tell him I want my money back?
Thanks so much hive! You guys are awesome!!
